About Me
HELLO! Renzo here, Peruvian designer specialized in UI design and branding.
I have always tried to capture the style that characterizes my work and passionately carry out each design.
I took my first steps as a designer at Brain, a small agency focused on event marketing and btl. My main function was to design logos, points of sale, furniture, among other visuals that give identity or accompaniment to these events or activations.
After almost 1 year I received an offer for a new job, a small creative boutique in which I would have the opportunity to make designs for

different digital projects. For more than two years I dedicated myself to the creation of web templates and social media content for different companies from different sectors (mostly restaurants). The boutique did so well that a larger company bought it and took it to another city (another department in Perú) so I found myself needing to find another job.
I joined the Financial Bank as Internal Communication Assistant, where my main function was to design all the visual material for the different internal media of the bank, Diners Club and Carsa (part of the Pichincha Group). I designed from polo shirts, landings, applications, posters, and even a bicycle for an event.
My taste for web design led me to Dreizack Studios, a graphic agency where I started with my first projects focused on interface design and user experience. There I learned about user research, basic UI theories and participated in some tests. I worked with different clients, big and small, and I fell in love with my job.
Almost two years later I decided to travel and see the world a little, I took my bags and went to Europe for a while. Returning after a few months I started at Henri Barrett as a Digital / UI Designer, where I improve many of my skills and knowledge. I learned a lot during my time there and had the experience of working with well-known brands such as Budweiser, Roche Group, Chevrolet, among others, and of working together with top professionals.
Due to force majeure (COVID pandemic) I was forced to leave my job, but shortly after I had the opportunity to work as a UI Designer (Contractor) at Certara BaseCase, a German company dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector in some projects for a few months .
Finally, I was offered a position as Lead UX / UI at Peru Apps, one of the largest digital agencies in the country, where I currently lead a team of 5 designers. At the same time I work as a UX / UI Designer (Contractor) in Venon (Argentina) focusing mainly on CSC Global, a transnational company that manages different sectors.
